I have been inspecting homes and businesses for the insurance industry since October 1998. After 19 years of inspecting properties for solely for the insurance industry, I decided to add real estate inspections for home business buyers. I have achieved the Certified Professional Inspector and Certified Commercial Inspector designation from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors including 473 hours of combined classroom, field, and online training.

I have experience inspecting most types of businesses from small mom and pop operations to more complex multi-location entities.

Purchasing or insuring a commercial business carries substantially more risk than buying or insuring a residence.  I have experience in the businesses listed above along with fuel dispensing, light manufacturing, offices, retail, and places of assembly.
