We will perform pool and spa inspections along with standard home inspections for an additional fee.

When performing pool and spa inspections we inspect and describe;
Type of pool and/or spa;
Interior finish materials and condition;
Condition of the decks, patios, pool steps, ladders, and coping;
Type and condition of the filters and skimmers;
Any potential cross connections;
Visible condition of the pumps, motors, skimmers, drains, visible piping and valves;
Condition of the electrical components such as underwater lighting, ground fault circuit interrupters, timers, bonding and grounding of the pool equipment;
Type and condition of the pool heater if applicable;
The cleaning system;
Type and condition of the pool barriers;
The entrapment prevention components;

A properly installed and well maintained swimming pool can bring years of enjoyment for the entire family and friends.  Along with that there are the multiple risks and responsibilities that inherently come with owning a pool.
