Inspecting homes and buildings is what I have done for 22 years. After 19 years of inspecting property for the insurance industry, I decided to start performing real estate home inspections for home buyers. I have achieved the Certified Professional Inspector designation from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors including 383 credit hours of combined classroom, field and online training. I completed my live classroom training at the Internachi headquarters in Boulder, Co. My practical training was completed with Heartland Home Inspection Training in Indianapolis. I inspect homes and businesses in Evansville, Newburgh, Princeton, Vincennes, Linton, Bloomfield, Washington, Jasper, and Petersburg areas.

Buying a home is a big decision and a big investment. Choosing the right home inspector is difficult. I treat every home inspection as if I’m inspecting for myself or a family member. I will not cut corners or hurry through your home inspection to get to the next one. If you hire me to inspect your home, I will perform a complete and thorough inspection on site. I work for the home buyer and encourage them to be present for the inspection. When the buyer is present they can see first hand what I am spelling out in the report, and ask questions while on site. My final written report will then be delivered via email in a complete, concise, accurate format.
